THE DETAILS SURROUNDING THE CRIME

Information is being sought in connection with an explosion at the Islamic Center of Northeast Florida (ICNEF), in Jacksonville, Florida. On May 10, 2010, at approximately 9:30 p.m., individuals were gathered at the ICNEF for nightly prayers when they heard a loud explosion coming from the rear of the building. One member extinguished the fire and contacted fire and rescue and law enforcement authorities. At the scene, authorities discovered what appeared to be a rudimentary pipe bomb attached with duct tape to a one gallon plastic canister of gasoline. The explosion caused minimal damage and no injuries.

In another incident at the ICNEF, an unknown White male allegedly entered the building on April 4, 2010, and created a disturbance calling members blasphemers. The man was escorted out of the building while allegedly stating that he would be back. This individual is wanted for questioning in connection with the explosion at the ICNEF on May 10, 2010.

REMARKS

The unknown individual is described as a White male, 30 to 45 years old, 5'7" to 5'10", with a medium build.
