THE DETAILS

Lydia Ann Perkins has been missing from her parents residence in Lexington, Kentucky, since October 26, 1997. She was last seen by her family at approximately 1:00 p.m. that same day. Friends reported seeing her in the Rugby Drive neighborhood where she lives early that evening. After several hours without any contact with Lydia, her family suspected that she was in danger and notified law enforcement authorities.

REMARKS

Lydia was known to stay away from home without permission, but she rarely ventured outside of her neighborhood. Lydia has a brown circular birthmark on the right side of her neck. She also has a scar on her right eyebrow, and a scar in the center of her forehead.
