CAUTION

Philip Leland Riley was set to go to trial on July 7, 2009, for charges stemming from his alleged sexual assault of a nine-year-old boy in November of 2008. The attack occurred in the locker room of a local community service facility in Beaverton, Oregon. Riley was arrested for this crime and released on bond. The weekend prior to the start of his trial, he disappeared. Riley was indicted by the grand jury of Washington County for one count of sodomy in the first degree and three counts of sexual abuse in the first degree. On August 10, 2009, a federal arrest warrant was obtained in the United States District Court, District of Oregon, Portland, Oregon, and Riley was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
